Booking Policies

We’re so excited to have you at our studio! To make sure every client has a smooth, relaxing experience, please take a moment to review our booking policies.

Card on File

To hold your appointment, we ask for a valid credit or debit card.

  • Your card is only used for no-shows or last-minute cancellations

  • This helps us keep our schedule open for all our amazing clients

  • You will not be charged at the time of booking

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens—we get it! Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge to your card for the full service

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full service amount

  • Communicating early helps us accommodate other clients and keeps things running smoothly

Late Policy

Arriving on time ensures you get the full, relaxing experience you deserve.

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed

  • After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled

  • Late arrivals could be treated as a no-show

Appointment Prep

A little prep goes a long way for the best results:

  • Hair should be around 2–3 weeks of growth for optimal waxing

Guests

To keep the studio calm and peaceful:

  • Extra guests are not allowed unless they are being serviced

  • Children are not permitted in the studio

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.
If something isn’t right, please reach out within 24–48 hours—we want to make sure you leave happy and confident.

Right to Refuse Service

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. We may refuse service to anyone who:

  • Arrives intoxicated or behaves inappropriately

  • Has any condition that could make the service unsafe

  • Does not follow our studio policies or respect our team
